KK KICKS RETURN POLICY

This policy governs the warranty, returns, and exchanges for all footwear purchased directly from KK Kicks.

15-Day Sole Crack Warranty

We stand by the quality of KK Kicks. We offer a limited 15-day warranty on the sole integrity of our shoes from the original date of purchase.

  • Coverage: This warranty exclusively covers a complete, visible crack or separation of the sole that occurs under normal, non-excessive use.
  • Remedy: If a valid claim is submitted within the 15-day period, KK Kicks will, at its sole discretion, offer a repair of the sole or a full replacement of the product.
  • Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:
    • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, alterations, or improper care.
    • Normal wear and tear (e.g., scuffing, creasing, minor sole abrasion).
    • Damage resulting from natural materials breaking down over time.

General Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our exclusive footwear, we maintain a strict policy regarding returns and exchanges.

No Returns or Exchanges for Used Footwear

  • All sales are final once the product has been used. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for any shoe that shows signs of wear, including but not limited to: scuff marks on the sole, creases in the upper material, dirt, or any other indicator of being worn outside.

Exchanges for Sizing Issues (Unused Only)

  • If the shoe is absolutely unworn, unused, and in its original, resalable condition (with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact), you may be eligible for a size exchange.
  • Timeframe: You must notify KK Kicks of the size issue and intent to exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Process: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the original item and sending out the new size.
  • Condition: If the returned shoe is inspected and found to be used or not in original condition, the exchange will be rejected, and the item will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
  • Availability: Exchanges are subject to the availability of the requested size. If the size is unavailable, a refund or credit may be offered at the discretion of KK Kicks.
